Happy Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgivings Day is a day for expressing thanks for the good things in life, especially family and friends. This is a holiday that the traditions of a "harvest festival" can be celebrated with our family and friends!

Have you thought about the things that you are Thankful for today? Are you thankful for having the breathe of life, the ability to acquire wealth, freedom of speech and religion, family, your significant other, employment, peace, happiness, and/or basic human needs? Whatever it is that you are thankful for... please take each day to appreciate that person, place, or thing that is a gift to you from our heavenly father.

Happy Thanksgivings Day!

New Spirit

America is moving towards change with a new president, Barack Obama, and a new spirit to face challenges in our economy and nation! I think Americans as well as citizens in foreign countries of various ethnic backgrounds were spiritually overwhelmed and proud as they watched the Inauguration of our President Obama and the First Family.

The new spirit that I speak of is human association with the mind, will, and feelings similar to that of a Great Awakening in the U.S. ...it is "Our Moment" to achieve the dream that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. spoke of many years ago. It is our time for change and the phrase of wisdom from our President Obama"Yes We Can,"echos as those who have dreamed of an achievement began to achieve that dream and live the life that they rightful deserve.

I share with you a resource that will grant a scholarship to an HBCU of the applicants choice if he/she is the winner of Maya Angelou's essay contest Visit this link for contest details and qualification criteria http://content.alltel.com/o/wordsofwisdom/

Father's Special Day

Happy Father's Day!

A father to me is defined as the head of the household, a leader, a provider, a protector, a teacher of the next generation, a great thinker, a husband that loves his wife as he loves Christ, a strong man of God. Yes, my father is all these things and more...I Love you father & thank you for molding me to be the strong and spiritual woman I am today!

As you celebrate Father's Day, take a moment to reflect on what your

father/guardian meant to you and/or the father you would like to be to your

children. Take this day and everyday to give your father "flowers" while he is

still in the land of the living (alive). Life is short, so love like it is your

last chance, forgive as fast as your breathe the breath of life, live your life

like it is the last concert you will perform.

Father's are you building the foundation? Here's some food for thought:

What's the Naturalist N-Stnc?

Welcome,

The Naturalist N-Stnc is a blog for those who are consumers of natural products (i.e. organic, botonicals, etc.), independent consultants, or thoses who consider themselves simply natural (naturalist) by instinct (n-stnc). Pride yourself in being conscious of your health, connection to natural products (i.e. skin care, aromtherapy, nutrition, relaxation, etc.), and the ability to relax and enjoy every day of your life. Isn't this exciting! I'll start with some great websites http://www.ajones.soulpurpose.net/ and http://www.arbonne.com A great connection for those in search of natural or botonical products from the earth for the mind, body, and spirit. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony today, my Naturalist N-Stnc embraced the fresh breeze of air and the beautiful trees with chirping birds. Would you like to share one of your Naturalist N-Stnc days? I hope you will share a comment.

Rules of Engagement for the blog: simply share information about creditable resources/websites, natural products, receipes, and how you have a naturalist n-stnc for using natural products/techniques to enjoy everday life. Miss Jay
